NO DOUBLE WORK WITH API Integration

Do you have a software package that you want to link with a system for real estate management, long-term maintenance and facility management? Or do you have an intranet or your own company website, where you offer your property for rent or for sale? No problem! FMIS WISH has its own standard API and seamlessly links with other systems, such as our partner TOPdesk. API stands for Application Programming Interface. By linking the APIs, (certain) data from one system will be exchanged with the other system. This way, various applications can be used together safely, and you won’t have to do the same work twice. We use reactive APIs to connect the desired functionalities in a scalable and quick way, for both mobile and desktop applications. If your other software package doesn’t have API (yet), we will consult with the other software supplier. We are happy to help you with your software integration!

Facility Kwadraat has a partnership with TOPdesk. Our common goal is to offer our clients the best possible solutions when it comes to Enterprise Service Management and Property Management. WISH has a standard API shortcut for the integration between both software systems. Property-related matters are easily exchanged with WISH via the Self Service Portal from Topdesk. In this Self Service Portal, services and products from various departments come together, such as IT, HRM, Facility and Real Estate
