Efficient ticket system
Via the Self Service Portal (SSP), notifiers (tenants) can enter their complaints, defects or repairs. But this is also possible via the central ServiceDesk. To this end, WISH Notification Management offers an advanced ticket System with ‘real estate explorer’. By linking pre-selected technical service employees or external suppliers to specific defects or maintenance complaints, the system allows you to achieve even more efficiency.
MORE THAN ONLINE WORK ORDERS
Thanks to the WISH Mobile app, an internal technical service or an external company can easily check their forwarded tickets online via smartphone or tablet. They can see these tickets, put them on hold, return them or cancel them. The logbook shows the actions and status. The notifier (tenant) or servicedesk employee will receive updates on the maintenance complaint or defect via the system and Self Service Portal (SSP). As soon as the technical service employee starts with a ticket, the time registration system will start up. The input of time is automatically linked to the ticket and the real estate in question. This way, you will be in control of the input of time, waiting times and lead times.
DEMARCATION LISTS / MAINTENANCE
Are you renting out your real estate? Then you have a legal obligation to keep this real estate serviceable. By taking tickets from tenants seriously and performing maintenance, you can fulfil these obligations. However, not all maintenance complaints and repair requests fall under the responsibility of the lessor. In WISH Notification Management, you can integrate the demarcation lists of your rental agreements, as well as maintenance ABC. This way, it will always be clear who does what maintenance and who pays for it.
